Morning- Nice and easy 3.
Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up. 4x1000's with 2x300's at "F" pace. Goal time was 3:11 again. Coach ran them with me, and we were on pace perfectly, and then the last 300 meters coach thought we were going to fast, so he just said," don't kick it in." I was like ok. But we hit 3:16 on that one. And the second one was 3:08, or :09 I forgot... But the third one was 3:10 required more focus, and effort. Than the last one required tons of effort, and lots of focus. Getting quick turn over. Hitting 3:11 barley. Then the 300's. I ran 44, and 45. The wind was crazy today on those. The first one was really windy! But good work out! For sure pushed me mentally, and physically! 1.5 mile cool down. Felt super tired on the cool down... But towards the end. The conversation was super funny with Mike saying some weird things! Makes me giggle thinking about it now! Weights after! Those were good! Makes me buff! :) |
