Morning- Nice and easy 3. Plyo's were nice once again! :)
Afternoon- Work out. 10x200's at race pace. 3-4 seconds faster. Recovery got shorter, and shorter as the work out went on. Towards the last part, it got down to 30 seconds! Yikes! But goal time was :26-:28. Didn't hit any of those times.... I just couldn't make myself go today... I felt awful before practice, and during the work out. But after I just felt amazing for some reason! But times were 29, 30, 30, 31, 30, 31, 32, 31, 31, and 30. I really tried my best today. But I just didn't have it in me today.... But moving on. Goal next time: Hit ALL times! |
