Morning- Nice and easy 3. We had plyos, which went pretty well. Considering that they were only a half a set. But good morning!
Afternoon- Ran 5 miles up some Ice trail! But has some beastly hill that is 2 miles long! It was beast! Everyone was dying... But I just kept going, I wanted to stop, but I could tell that I wasn't even close to the point of stopping! Like maybe if I went sprinting up the hill! Good run! Even though it was pretty hard! But my legs are a little tight lately... I stretched this morning, and this afternoon! So Just keep stretching! |
