Morning- Nice and easy 3 like Normal. Plyos too.
Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up, and 2 mile cool down. Had a work out that consisted of 100, 110, 120 etc... to 200 meters. Each one getting faster. Good work out. Hit all my times down to the dot! It was good! Just stayed right behind Abel, and Mike to hit times! Every time it worked! They are working hard! Good work out, got tough by the end, but no where close to yesterdays. :) |
