Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles. Plyos were nice as usual. I was a little worn down this morning, but all it all good!
Afternoon- 4 miles easy with 4x200's. Nice and smooth. Worked on my turn over, and form on the 200's. It's like it just happens so smoothly now! Times were 32, 32, 32, and 31 (almost 30). But good run. Ready to race! Goals for weekend meet: Qualify for State in the 1600 (mile), and 800 meters, and run a great time in the open 400! Got to hit sub 4:35 in the mile, and 2:01, or sub 2:00 in the 800. And make finals in the 400! :) This week has been good work! A lot of hard work has been put in, and now it's time to get some real results that I want! |
