Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles. Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up, and 1.5 mile cool down. 1x1000 all out. And than 600 jog/striders. Warmed up and felt good, but I felt ready. I ran the first 200 in 28, and than the 400 at 1:02. Than I slowed down a lot... Came by the 800 at a 2:12. 1:10 lap.... Too slow, but I got going the first 400, and not the 500.... The first 500 was good, but the last 500 was really slow... But I finished at a 2:53. So it was a good work out. Not what I wanted, but I am ok with it for now. But I am not going to settle for anything, until I qualify for state! I iced bath, and that felt good for my legs!
