Morning- No morning practice today.
Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up, and than 100, 200, 300, and 400 all out. They were fast, but on the 400 I didn't start out fast enough and got like a 60 on it. It's a nice split in the 800 for sure! :) It wasn't too bad. It was full recovery so we walked, and jogged like 2 laps in between each one! Haha! I know how sprinters feel! It's not even that bad! Just kidding! Depends on the program! But 1.5 mile cool down. Good day for a work out! |
