Morning- No running for 2 weeks, because I am on my running break!! WOOT WOOT! I am very happy to say! I slept in for the first time in about 4 months!!!
Afternoon- I got home, and just felt like I needed to do something physical like exercise! So I went out to ride my bike! I rode for 45 minutes! And my GPS said I went 8 miles. But it was on running mode, so pace might have been a little weird.... But I felt pretty tired at the end. I gave a nice strong finish to it. And than I did my own modified work out including push ups, sit ups, certain dum-bell lifts, and so forth. I want to stay in shape for summer training! I am really excited for XC to come! I am already making, and planning goals for my last, and greatest season! |
