Today I ran in the afternoon. Harts warm-up and cool down (3 miles total). Track work-out with 1x1,200 meters, 2x1,000 meters, and 3x800 meters with 200 recover for each one. Honestly I sucked this work-out sucked!!! Like really bad, just cause I couldn't hit my times I was supposed too. And today was a bad day for me... So I will do better next time hopefully. I need to start stretching more, or I might pull something, or even get injuried.... |
