Afternoon- 2 mile warm up. 4x400's at F pace. I showed up late, because I had to use the bathroom. So the team already did one when I got there. But my first one was 1:06, and I started like 10 feet back of everyone, so not too good on this one. But still felt strong. 2nd one, was 1:04, rest were 1:02, 1:01. Good work out. Felt pretty tough. Had equal recovery. And then 1.5 mile cool down.
