Morning- 1.5 mile warm up. 6x1 mile repeats. With 3 minute recovery in between each one. Times were 6:46, 6:48, 6:48, 6:31, 6:14, and 6:11. Something like that. The last few got a little tough, but nothing serious. Afternoon- 5 miles at camp. The altitude really is higher up here. Felt good to run with the cooler temps in the afternoon. |
