Morning- 1.5 mile warm up. 6x1 mile repeats. Goal pace around 6:40. Last two faster with Abel, and Coach. First few I ran with Colton. I finally ran with someone on these. But times were 6:39, 6:37, 6:34, 6:32, 5:50, and 5:50. It felt nice to go fast on the last two. Good day. Felt pretty good. Recovered pretty well from last week. And ready to roll. Afternoon- 3 miles, with weights. All I can say is that everyone was insane today on the run. Weights were good. I pushed myself in weights. The top of my foot hurt a little. But overall good. Plyos were good too. Hurt my foot more... |
