Morning- 10 miles at an easy pace today. I felt eh the first few miles. But felt pretty dang good, after mile 5. And we looped it around the fields. Just a little over 10 miles. 0.5 mile warm up. My blister is almost healed all the way. But I want to make sure it's healed all the way! Good day so far! Good run, I actually felt pretty good. I got the distance part done, just need the speed now! :) |
