Morning- 12 miles with 4 miles tempo. The tempo was at a good pace, nothing crazy, but required a little push, and focus at the end. I add to make up some mileage, before practice. So I ran 2 miles before, or while high knees' (etc.). But I was feeling eh. And once we got going on the run I felt pretty good. I started to think positve, and felt amazing! And we started the tempo as soon as we hit the trail. And I was the only one with 4 miles tempo. So I had to go another 0.5 than some of the other boys. First mile 6:12 getting into it. Good pace, I was able to talk a little, everyone else was breathing a little hard. Next mile 6:11. Most of the boys fell off, and then we flipped it out 5 miles, and came back. Third mile was 6:09, and the last mile was 6:07. Good tempo. I lead the whole thing pretty much, but Kyler kept pushing the pace a little. We started creeping into the 5:5x's. And I told him to calm down. And so it was good. And I had 0.5 mile tempo to myself. And I got thinking. If I run more mileage, or one more repeat than someone else. That should make me better over time. But it's really about pushing, and wanting it. I am starting to get my desire back to really become a great runner, once again! Ready for the season now! This run felt really good to get in. :)

Afternoon- 3 miles. And wow! People were sooo annoying today! Just kidding! I was! :) But after the run I mellowed out, and weights were good. I didn't do plyo's, because my foot has been hurting, and plyos hurt it. So I didn't do them. But good afternoon. One more hard work out for the week. I am ready for it! >:D
