Morning- 3 miles easy. My toe hurt a little, but not much. Afternoon- 8.5 miles. 2 mile warm up. 1/1's today. One minute hard, and one minute easy. My total distance was 294. So almost 12 cones. I hit 11.5 most of the time. And it was hot today. But I felt amazing today! I just counted the cones on this work out, and it went by soo fast! It was nice! And turns out I didn't end up getting my toe nail cut off, because it was just full of gross liquid. But the swelling has gone down, and it is good. Just need to stretch like crazy tomorrow. And rest of the week! I get to race at SUU!! YA!! I love this race! I am ready to roll! Striders were basically my cool down. Because I got a lot of mileage during the 1/1's.
