Morning- 3 miles easy. Was a little late, because I slept through my alarm. No harm done in that today. But not a good habit to have.

Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up, and Michigans (4.25 speed work out!). I thought I did pretty well. It was pretty hot today, but that doens't really affect much. And I stayed mentally relaxed for most of it. Not stressing, or worrying about anything, just running. And it helped me stay positive, and focused. So that's all I have to do in a race, but just get mentally ingaged with the positive fibes (that doens't make sense). But 1 mile cool down. Felt like a good, strong, and solid work out. I started blogging again Finally! :) (Tuesday 10-1-13 work out).

Monday:

Morning- 3 miles easy.

Afternoon- 9.75 2.5 mile warm up, and 1x2 mile at average (best) pace, with 5 minute recovery, and 2x1 mile repeats with 3 minute recovery, times were 11:37 (2 mile), 5:41, and 5:29. 2 mile cool down.
