Morning- 3 miles easy. With Plyo's. I tried them to see if my foot would hurt. And it felt fine. Good morning!

Afternoon- 12.5 miles! HOLY COW! 2 miles warm up, 6x1 mile repeats around the 800 loop. Consist's of a little hill, and a lot of grass. I had to thing more blank on this work out, because it's soo long. But 3 minute recovery between each one. First one was 6:08. Everyone just went fast. Rest were 6:28, 6:24, 6;27, 6:20, and 6:10. The middle was pretty consistent. That's what I want. And the last two faster. So that's what I want too. My legs are super sore. And I wanted to die on the cool down, not to mention byron almost throwing up! Yikes! But amazing work out! It was tough, and required me too work hard physically, and mentally. But I worked hard today. 2 miles cool down. Good day. But exhausting...
