Morning- 3 miles nice and easy. Coach was being a funny boy! Afternoon- 3 miles with striders. 4 miles total. With the decathon. Did some nice old laps. I ran the 300 hurdles. My goal was not to trip. And I did not. I was pretty slow, but I threw 46"4" on dicus. And then long-jump I did 13 feed flat. Not bad for me. But I had fun with it. Great day! I am not more determined, more committed, and more focused on what I truly want in running, and life! :) |
