Morning- First morning run of the season!!! Like school run! But felt good to get in. Afternoon- 8.5 miles I think. But Sunrise hills! Work out was 6x1 minutes, and 8x30 seconds! I planned this workout to be the hardest thing on the face of the planet, and turned out not even close to what I was thinking, but still pretty tough. I was within 10 meters of Byron on the minutes, and right behind him on the 30's. And lead some of them too. Good work out. And good confidence booster for the next race for sure! It was hot today! But I stay hydrated really well in school all day! And will do the same tomorrow. |
