Morning- Good news! My blister didn't hurt, or did my achillies, but.... My legs are awfully tight, and tired. But easy 3 miles this morning.

Afternoon- 2 mile warm, with 6 minute Vv02 Max test today. 2 mile cool down. It was actually 2.5 mile warm up, but anyways. I was soo excited for practice today in school for some reason, (maybe because of the race). But I was pretty pumped for the work out, and ready to kill it. I then hit a wall 4th period. And felt soo tired, and sluggish... But warmed up. And I started to feel a little better, and we got started. I took out pretty fast with Byron, Abel, Trevor, and Kyler, but quickly that gap grew and stayed the same for the whole time. But we ran around the 800 meter loop (small hill, and lots of grass). So slower times, but! I still pushed it. And first lap was 2:31, and mile mark 5:17 (2:46), I really slowed down on that second lap... I just coasted off Colton for that lap, bad mistake... I always do that like A LOT. But I didn't do it much at the race last saturday. So I am teaching myself not too coast anymore, push more! :) Got 2 laps, and 210 meters, which is 1,810 meters I think. But I was tired, after the work out. Just running 6 minutes. I don't know how I ran soo beast at the race! But I have work to do. I have to get down that attitude of "keep working hard, and getting faster, better, stronger." My lungs were burning, and my head felt like a ballon, just waiting to blow up... But 2 mile cool down. Had weights today too. I had a good lift today. And was excited to lift. Had a meeting in Coach's room. That was pretty good, and gave me some ideas to use this season. And I stretched the whole time. So I feel way less tight now.

Calm down the highs and bring up the lows... Chill out about the race, you ran well... Move on. Chill out about the 6 min, you didn't run as well... Move on.
