Morning- Had the normal warm up loop with 0.5 mile warm up. And than did a 2 mile warm up for the vV02 work out. It was 6 minutes hard, or all out. It was super fun! I set my watch for 0.25 mile splits and first one was 1:17. And I really don't know the rest... But they were probally 1:20's. Because my mile split was a 5:17. I started out pretty slow. And I gently worked my way up. And ended getting 1750 meters. Pretty close to Abel, and By-run. :) That's always good! I was 3rd on the team distance wise. Which should be what place during a race. That's the least I will take from this year of XC. 3rd of the team. But I will set goals later... But next time I will aim for 2k. That's 250 meters better. I sprinted the last 300 pretty dang fast! I was burning pretty bad. But it felt awesome to go fast! Good work out! 1 mile cool down.
