Morning- Had a work out 4x1000's with 2x300's all out. Goal time was 3:11. I hit 3:15, 3:17, 3:18, and 3:16.... Times were way off... I felt like I was going to die.... 300's were 44, and 46. They were alright... But yeah... Afternoon- 3 miles E-A-S-Y! Like I went pretty slow.... I felt terrible... |
