Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles. Afternoon- Today was 1/1's. My total distance to get was 294 meters. I got farther than that on a lot of them. But I really struggled today. I wanted to stop at 10... But I told myself to keep going, and I did. Than I wanted to stop at 12. But I kept on going, and kept on pushing, and finally we were done at 15. I felt like I did pretty good physically, but mentally like I didn't push myself at all... But maybe my mind is ahead of my legs. 1 mile cool down. 1 mile warm up. Good work out for sure.
