Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles. I felt a little sluggish this morning. But legs were good. But sore from yesterdays big mileage. 

Afternoon- 10 miles easy. It was a easy pace, but no the weather. It was sooo hot today! It was 103 when we started running, and got to 107! Man that's hot! Not too mention dry hot..... But ran 8 miles out with the boys. And then Byron, and I looped it around the DI loop (2 miles). I felt good to be done. I am having a mini set back tomorrow. So mabye no running... I did feel sluggish on this run as well...
