Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles. I felt amazing this morning, because I slept 11 hours last night! And the girls ran with us for once.

Afternoon- 4 mile dogpound lopp at AT pace. It was 2.41 miles for the AT tempo. We averaged about 5:50 miles. With the first mile, and a half down hill, and then the last mile up hill. So pretty good average. I thought it was going to be like insanely hard, but it wasn't as bad as last time. But it was for sure a great push. The pack stayed together the whole time, which is great! That's what we need. :) I felt good about it, and was glad to be done with it. And then cooled down about 0.6 to finish up the run. And then ran 4x200's at F pace. And I think I was hitting about 28-27's. And Coach yelled at me to work on my lean. So I did after the first one, and I leaned actually. And I felt way smoother, and way faster. So leaning does help a lot.
