Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles with the team. Afternoon- 8 miles total. 4x800 old man hills. Times were 2:52, 2:48, 2:44, and 2:36. It was hot outside, but not too bad today. In fact it was cooler. I was pretty tired on the last one. I had to push pretty hard. But this was a good motivation thing for. My foot meds are giving me some trouble with bathroom problems... So that conflicted my work out a little. But 2 mile warm up, 2 mile cool down.
