Morning- Nice and easy 3 with the Varsity boys. Just Abel, Paul, and Byron, and I this morning. It was weird just having a small group. But it felt good in sort of way.

Afternoon- 0.5 mile warmp, and 1.5 mile warm up. But before our work out, we had a talk with coach, and with the team first. But pointing, and reviewing some points of running, and why we (the team) like running, and going guts out! But listening to coach gave me some positive insights that I think will help me as a team. But warmed up, and had some serious stomach cramps... But 2 mile hard, at team pace (pretty fast!). And then 1 mile hard. And the 2 mile flew by, and I hit 10:59! WOOHOO! Sub 11! :) I was pretty proud of that. But we took turns leading, and when I lead it felt good, but I think I fell off pace just a little. But not much. It felt hard, and was glad to be done with that one, I was only thinking 1 lap at a time, and that helped a ton. Had about 10 minutes, or felt like it recovery. Walked 1 lap, and chilled around for a while. And then we had that "hard mile", and it was hard, after that 2 miler. But Paul, and I worked together the whole time on this puppy! It was sweet, and it felt soo much easier pushing together, instead of alone. We took turns every 200 meters. And that made it go by faster. But I hit 5:13, and I was dead! I was drained. Good work out for sure! And not only times, but also team work! Practicing it now, so we can do it later on! 1.5 mile cool down. I struggled with the cool down a bit, and I basically died after that. Just layed on the floor for about 20 minutes. Thinking I was dead. And now Blogging! :) I am still alive!
