Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles. Byron was late, so I Didn't want to catch up with he team, so I just ran on my own.
Afternoon- 2 mile warm up, and 4x1 mile at R pace. I hit 5:39, 5:41, 5:51, and 5:40. On the third one, the wind really picked up, and the wind was pretty bad, but I just slowed down too much on that. And the last one really required some focus, and determation. But I did it, and I survived once again! :) 1.5 mile cool down. Great Work out!
