Morning- Practice today was pretty tough, but I felt good about my work out. 2 mile warm up. 1,200, 1,000, 800, 600, and 400 meters. With 400 meter recovery on each one. I was with Byron, and Abel for the first half of each one, then they picked up the pace, and I fell back just a tiny bit. But not much. 1.5 mile cool down. Great work out.
