Morning- Today was grass run. I didn't even notice I was running! That means I am getting back in shape! Today I went 5.5 miles total. I felt pretty great through out the whole run, and during striders I worked on my turn over, and form. Then when I got home I did another core work out. But I really can't wait till high mileage weeks, and months! Gotta love running more, and more! Kids club today was something else... The kids just kept on complaining on how "hot" it was outside. It was only 93 degrees. That is not even hot here.... It's supposed to be around 110 today! But it's alright because they kept me busy I guess. Or I kept them busy from their familes for an hour. Good day.
