Morning- Today was a tough work out. 30/30's. 1 mile warm up. And then 23 repeats. I felt sooo tired at 23 this time... I felt horrible today too.... Like sluggish, need to eat more healthy food, and stretch more. Because I could not get my legs going at all.... I started out sooo slow on each one. But this time we did them right. Your supposed to recover jog the whole 30 seconds. No walking, no stopping even for 2 seconds before you go again. Just a constant sprint, jog, sprint, jog. So it gets pretty tough. I am now happy with the work out. After I was very bummed about it... But it was good now that I think it over. I went way longer distance this time for recovery, and I didn't stop like 10 seconds before each one. So... That's why I think it was soo much harder this time. I will aim for 25ish next time.
