Morning- Usual 3 miles. With plyos. Those were good. I had a bit more energy this morning that's all I can say! :) Afternoon- Coe work out #2. 1.5 mile warm up. 200, 220, 240, 260, 280, and 300 meters. Times get faster each one. Started at a 35, and went to 2 seconds slower each one. So 35, 37, 39, 41, 43, and 45 300 finish. By the end your pretty much sprinting. Good work out. I hit all my times. Some were a bit fast by a second or two. I tried my best to pace it as best as I could make it. And then the cool down was nice. 1.5 miles. Ready to race! Goals for this weekend: Qualify for state in the mile, and go sub 2:01 in the 4x800! :) |
