Morning- Very hard work out. It consisted of 30/30's. Run 30 seconds rest 30 seconds. My goal was to run 146 meters in 30 seconds. And I was running around 155 meters for most of them. And I ran with Abel, and By-Run and kept up most of the time. It started getting harder around 15. But I still felt fresh. But around 25ish I started to push more, and just keep myself going. Going into the 30's I was like... How many are we going to do?!? But I just told myself to go to 35, and see what happens from there. And I get to 35, and I was really starting to get tired, and I was pushing from about 20's. But coach said he was maxing it out at 40. And I was thanking him! Because I was really feeling it by the end of 40. I did 40. We were also going by atleast 6 blue cones for all 40 of them. The down hill parts I got 26's, and 27's on. And on the uphill I got around 29's, and 30's. It was for sure the hardest work out we have had already. This work out mainly helped me mentally, than physically it felt like. Because racing is the same way. Who can hang in there the longest? Who can keep the pace going the longest? That's what kept me going today! And when we had one left, I thought we had 2 left. And I was just going to crush the last one! Sprint it all out! But turns out I was 1 off counting.... And I had my watch going so that helped alot. I just had it run the whole time, so I could see what times were.  And kids club was super fun today! They raced, some of those kids are pretty dang fast! But I ran with them for 1ish for cool down. I am going to camp for sure now!! :) I stretched for about 20 minutes after everything, because I was sooo tight at the end. My legs will need the nice, and easy run for tomorrow.  But I am ready to get rolling, after this work out today! I really want to get going F-A-S-T!! >:D

What's that supposed to mean?!? Just because I express EVERYTHING that is on my mind, doesn't mean I am a great writer.... But does mean I am a great runner!
