Morning- 1.5 mile warm up. 4x1000's. With 2x300's fast! And Goal time for the 1000s were 3:19. I hit 3:20, 3:19, 3:19, and 3:20 (almost 19, not sure). Every single 1000 we started I would say reluntly crouched. It worked for me! I really work on my form always o the backs stretch. I could see my shadow. Oh dang! I have never seen anything better! Amazing knee drive, pumping arms like crazy, standing tall, head up, leaning! It really doesn't get any better than that! And I was very cheerful today! And I kept on saying goridous (spell check). And beautiful!! Good work out! I hit 42?, and 46 on the 300's. CRAP!!!!! Goal time wasn't 3:19... It was 3:14.... I was thinking of 2 weeks ago.... CRAP!!! I should hit myself in the face for that.... I might as well run the whole work out again.... Afternoon- After going on a little hike with my family. I went running, which I was dropped off at the double churches. And I felt a lot of abdominal pain.... So I stopped at the Rec. to use the bathroom. And then did some striders. Those were alright. Worked on the form! :)
