Afternoon- No morning practice today. So I slept in a lot! I slept 9 hours last night! Havn't slept that long all week! But felt pretty great today! I enjoyed today a lot! With recovery day from all the hard, and long runs this week! 3 miles with striders! Pretty nice, and easy. We were going like 9 minute pace for the first 2 miles! HA! That's not even close to what the group usually does! But I enjoyed it very much! We went around spreading flyers for tomorrow's race event for the fundraiser! And we also did striders, which felt amazing! Work on form pretty well! And now I am on my way to do 6 hours of homework.... But great week! |
