Morning- Really nice, and easy 3! Felt really nice! Afternoon- Went on a distance/recovery run! It was really nice, and I can tell I am in better shape then ever before, because usually on a 8/10 miler I get more tired towards the end... But this time I wasn't as tired! That's a great sign! Just a another confidence booster! I love these kind of runs! I just enjoyed it the entire time! But great week so far! Learned things, and hopefully I keep learning more! I am really looking forward to the track season now! |
