Morning- Nice, and easy 3. Foot hurt a little. Afternoon- 3 miles with striders. I was able to do my 3 miles pretty easy, without my foot hurting, till the last little part.... Then on striders I was only able to do 2. and then I had to stop... But my foot hurt. Hopefully it doesn't hurt too bad, because I run the Half marathon tomorrow! :) I am icing, and rolling. I don't want to get injuried again!!!! |
