Morning- Nice and easy 3. It wasn't cold at all.... I don't want it to get hot! Afternoon- 6 miles total. 1.5 mile warm up. With 6x400's @ race pace. Goal time was 1:05-:06. Pretty good work out. I am happy with what I did, a lot better than last week. And I am getting better at these work outs! Times were, 1:08, 1:07, 1:07, 1:06, 1:07, 1:06. Times weren't too shabby, but not exactly on time. And during a lot of work outs. I think I am going to die. And some how I always end up blogging.... Just doesn't make sense to me. But had lifting. That went well! I actually put up a lot of weights today. That was good. And I did my squats right on my own for once in my life. I also iced bath! :) Soooooo cold!!! But it actually got me some mental focus, and toughness! I love running! And I am ready for the track meet baby!!! |
