Morning- Nice and easy 3. Started feeling better. Plyos were good.
Afternoon- Nice and easy 4 with striders. Worked on the turn over pretty good, and I need to start working on my lean again (self note). And I drank more water today, and last night. So that's a big reason why I felt better today! In fact today I felt 10 times better than yesterday! It's like everyday is the same.... Wake up run, school, run, homework, go to bed.... Repeat, after repeat, after repeat....... It's getting boring to me.... I need a new hobbie or something... Maybe I will blog really long from now on! Mix it up a little! |
