Afternoon- Went on a 16 mile bike ride with David. I went a little farther than him. But we did some hills that were pretty hilly. Green Springs hills, Fire station hill, another hill other there. We went all out on the big hills to get the heart rate up. Good work out. I also walked a mile. I really want to run! I am looking forward to XC, and summer training. I am going to start brainstorming for goals for the upcoming XC season. |
