Morning- Went walking 1.25 miles. And lifted.

Afternoon- Biked 8 miles around with Dave.

Morning- Biked 7 miles, and swam 500 meters, and 250 meters pool running. Good work out. Made me pretty tired! Swimming is pretty hard!

Afternoon- Went walking the loop 1.25 miles. Did a little work out, and rode the exercise bike for 32 minutes! :) I will do more stuff tomorrow.

Afternoon- Went on a 16 mile bike ride with David.  I went a little farther than him. But we did some hills that were pretty hilly. Green Springs hills, Fire station hill, another hill other there. We went all out on the big hills to get the heart rate up. Good work out. I also walked a mile. I really want to run! I am looking forward to XC, and summer training. I am going to start brainstorming for goals for the upcoming XC season.

Morning- I jacked up my quad playing tag.... And it hurts just to walk.... But I walked 1 mile, and did 5x1 minutes on the bike. One minute hard, and one easy. My leg really hurts.
