Morning- 3 miles. Nice and easy. Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up, and 1.5 mile cool down. And had 4x4's. They were pretty different, because I have not really done any speed work this week. So.... Yeah.... Goal time was 1:05ish. And I hit 1:13. Way too slow. And then hit 1:07, 1:05, and 1:06. So 1/3 of my work out wasn't good. But I still did pretty well, because no one else hit even close to their times... |
