| | Morning- 4 miles on the turtle trail with Andrew, Paul, Colton, Josh F., David, Byron, and I. Good run. Even though it was pretty chilly at 8 in the morning. It was 27 degrees! But we had a good run. No one really talked, because we were going super fast up the hills. And on the way back. It felt soo easy, even though we going faster on this part than the start. This shows I am truely out of shape once again! But I will become a great runner once again! And after the run, we stretched for a while. And then Colton, Andrew, and I helped with David's eagle project. And that was sweet. And then!! I drove Andrew home, and we were listening to the radio full blast, because Andrew wanted to listen to it. And guess what song came on? That's right, "Recking Ball"..... So Andrew was like ,"YEAH!! Keep it!! Turn it up!" So we listened to that on the way to his house. The End. True story too.

| | Morning- 4 miles with David down and around the Fire Station loop. Felt good, but a little eh, because I had too many layers on. Oops. :)

| | Morning- 4 miles with David. We did the 4 miles in 28:06. So 7:01.5 average. We went like 6:30 atleast on the last mile. We just wanted to get done. But glad I got it in. We start team practice up again! I am ready for this upcoming track season, and I am soo excited! I have been putting some serious thought into track. And I have a goal of having a stress free season.

| | Afternoon- 6 miles with the team around the loop of sunrise. Sunrise has a giant hill, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. But I had to recover at the top of the hill with the team slowing down. And then we were started picking up the pace. And it felt like normal pace. But we started dropping into the sub 7's. :) Guess I am in better shape than I thought I was. I was kinda scared for a 6 miler. But not bad at all!

| | Afternoon- 6.35 miles. I had to run early, because I had work at 3. But I started to run the sandburgs run. And then I ran around the streets just kinda sig-zag through. And then I ran the normal dogtown loop. And that was 4.5 miles. I then started to run around the high school. And coach yelled my name. And I did grass laps with him for a mile or so. And then that was it.

| | Noon- Ran with Krenny, Dave, and Abel. It was fun. We met at Sullivan park. And ran on some trail. Today was supposed to be "easy mileage". But we ended up going a little bit fast at the end. First mile 7:15, 7:04, 7:04, and 6:15. :) haha, oops!
