| | Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles. Byron was late, so I Didn't want to catch up with he team, so I just ran on my own.
Afternoon- 2 mile warm up, and 4x1 mile at R pace. I hit 5:39, 5:41, 5:51, and 5:40. On the third one, the wind really picked up, and the wind was pretty bad, but I just slowed down too much on that. And the last one really required some focus, and determation. But I did it, and I survived once again! :) 1.5 mile cool down. Great Work out!

| | Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles. Felt a little tired from yesterday's work out, but by the end of the run. I felt much better.
Afternoon- 0.5 mile warm up. 7 miles run up, and around Green Springs. It was rather a somewhat hilly run, but it just seemed to be forever long today. I was rather sad/grumpy today for many reasons. I am just sick if dumb people in this world. It's a joke.

Afternoon- 2 mile warm up, Michigan (4.25), and 1.5 mile cool down. I hit "A" standard today. That was pretty awesome, and my miles were 5:21, 5:40, 5:41, and 5:45. So it was a killer work out. Very proud of myself.

| | Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles.
Afternoon- 2 mile warm up. 5x1000's today at hard pace, and 5 minute recovery. I went 3:18, 3:18 (this pace felt rather hard, but not like dying). Next one was 3:15, starting to get a litte tired now, but I just told myself one more. 4th one was 3:12. Thinking I could get atleast a 3:10 on this last one. And I took out fast on the last one leading for about 300 meters, and then backed off just a little for 200 meters. And with 500 meters to go, I made a move, and took the lead passing Abel, and Byron. And basically had to sprint at the end to stay with Abel, and Byron. And hitting 3:04. The last one, I wanted to die. Hard work out, but worth it. 1.5 mile cool.

| | Afternoon- 8 miles part of it with David. I basically went solo on this run. Did a 2 mile tempo got 5:56, and 5:52. I would say sissy mile splits. But felt like I put good effort in.
